How do you guys set your usual Windows locale or LaTale play setting?

I have to use only English for Windows locale,

but I can't be bothered to change it to Korean only when I do LaTale.

Virtual Windows is a hassle, too.

but if the locale is not Korean,

it takes a long time to load the in-game text due to Unicode mismatch and is basically very buffered, so it's inconvenient.

other games I play at the same time are global, so I don't have to worry about this.

Only LaTale is a concern. i need help...
